Do unused hours roll over?+
Yes — 30 days on Starter, 60 on Pro, 90 on Scale. Custom plans can negotiate longer rollovers.
Can I change plans mid-month?+
Yes — upgrade any time, prorated. Downgrades happen at renewal.
